Clearly state the specific issues you are experiencing (e.g. wrong design, defective product, etc.). You must contact us within these 7 days with the necessary photos to qualify for a 30-day return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Faulty item received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

In the request at checkout, please note that you would like to see the design sent via email. Please note this so we can send it to you. The design will be sent within 24 hours of your request.
