Returns and Exchange Detail

If your order has a defect, such as the wrong design or color compared to the online image, you can accept a return. To start this process, please send us close-up photos of the products within 7 business days of receiving the product. Clearly state the specific issues you are experiencing (e.g. wrong design, defective product, etc.). You must contact us within these 7 days with the necessary photos to qualify for a 30-day return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Is my credit/debit card charged as soon as I order a product?

Yes, your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.

Do you design print-on-demand more?

All our products are in stock, ready to ship. If you want to design your own printing please contact us. You can request a custom design for your product via email [email protected] or our contact form.

Faulty item received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

How do I know my custom design?

In the request at checkout, please note that you would like to see the design sent via email. Please note this so we can send it to you. The design will be sent within 24 hours of your request.
